Delivery Coverage

Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after working hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. In case of unexpected delays (e.g., ingredient shortage or high demand), we will inform you via SMS, phone call, or email.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner’s schedule. Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Local (within city/region): 2–3 working days
  • Within State: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to courier service factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of the order, delivery location, and courier service. Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on bulk or promotional orders, subject to terms.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number (via SMS or email) so you can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or app.

Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Any incorrect or incomplete address may lead to delayed or undelivered orders. Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events. In rare cases of failed delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address), we will attempt re-delivery based on courier partner policies. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged Packages
